Job Summary
The Site Director is responsible for managing the daily clinical and business operations of the health center pharmacy. This role includes financial oversight, staff management, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. The Site Director will also oversee 340B programs and work closely with health center leadership to achieve patient care objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficient clinical and business practices.
- Supervise pharmacy staff and provide guidance and support.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Manage the 340B drug discount program effectively.
- Collaborate with health center leadership to support and enhance patient care initiatives.
Qualifications
- Possession of a current and active Pharmacist license in Washington D.C.
- Bachelor’s or Doctoral degree in Pharmacy is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant retail or outpatient pharmacy experience in a supervisory or managerial position.
