Job Summary
This position focuses on guiding provider customers in the transition to outcomes-based care. The role involves evaluating data readiness, establishing outcome metrics, analyzing progress trends, and generating reports for payers and relevant parties. Additionally, the position includes coaching clients on the effective use of AI-driven tools and collaborating with internal teams to share valuable insights from the field.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to provider customers in adopting outcomes-based care practices.
- Assess the maturity of customer data and implement outcome measurement systems.
- Interpret progress trends and prepare comprehensive reports for payers and other stakeholders.
- Coach customers on the ethical application of AI-enabled tools.
- Share insights and best practices with internal teams to enhance service delivery.
- Support customer relationships, engagement processes, and renewals.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives in the field.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification or equivalent credential in autism/IDD clinical practices.
- Minimum of four years of clinical experience in ABA or IDD contexts.
- Experience in advising, training, or consulting with external stakeholders.
- Proficient in clinical data analysis and progress tracking.
- Ability to effectively communicate insights to both clinical staff and executive leadership.
- Skilled in utilizing software and data analysis tools.
- Capacity to independently manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
