The Pharmacy Technician assists pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications while maintaining accurate inventory and patient records. They perform technical functions in compliance with state and federal regulations to ensure safe and efficient pharmacy operations. Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED, a current New Mexico Board of Pharmacy Technician License, and national certification (PTCB). Experience in a hospital or clinical setting and knowledge of 340B program operations are preferred.
