Job Summary
The primary role involves assisting patients and healthcare professionals through phone communications to facilitate the delivery of medication refills and to address any issues related to insurance claims. You will act as the main point of contact for outgoing calls, ensuring that communication is effective and precise.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate medication refill deliveries for patients.
- Resolve issues regarding insurance claims efficiently.
- Serve as the primary contact for outbound phone communications.
- Ensure accurate and effective communication with both patients and healthcare providers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience as a pharmacy technician.
- Valid pharmacy technician registration is required.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and basic mathematics.
- Intermediate proficiency in typing skills.
