**Job Title: Phlebotomist**
The phlebotomist plays a crucial role in the precise gathering, identification, and processing of laboratory samples, ensuring patient safety and quality at all times. This position also involves aiding clinical personnel, overseeing laboratory operations, and supporting specialized tasks such as bone marrow extractions and microbiology preparations. Applicants must possess a high school diploma or GED alongside either a certification from an accredited phlebotomy program or 18 months of pertinent clinical experience. Essential qualifications include strong communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to manage various tasks efficiently in a dynamic clinical setting.
