The role involves the effective collection of plasma from donors through venipuncture and overseeing the pheresis procedure. The individual ensures the safety of donors, keeps precise documentation, and addresses any equipment malfunctions while adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs). A high school diploma or its equivalent is required, along with a minimum of 6 months’ experience as a phlebotomist. Candidates should be able to thrive in a dynamic setting and demonstrate excellent manual dexterity.
