The Phlebotomist plays a crucial role in gathering and managing blood samples while ensuring precise patient identification and adherence to safety standards. In addition, they undertake administrative tasks including order processing, results review, and inventory oversight to support smooth laboratory functions. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED. While one year of phlebotomy experience and a Phlebotomist Certification are preferred, they are not mandatory.
