Provide safe patient handling and support outpatient care, procedures, surgery, anesthesia monitoring, and recovery while preparing and maintaining treatment spaces. Keep accurate medical records and communicate treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions to clients with care and professionalism. Candidates must have at least two years of veterinary assistant experience and skills in animal handling, patient histories, weights and vital signs, venipuncture, subcutaneous injections, and radiology positioning. The role also requires dependable attendance, a strong work ethic, physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and safely restrain patients, and a commitment to excellent patient care and client service.
