Job description
**Phlebotomist/Processor**
The Phlebotomist/Processor plays a crucial role in executing venipuncture, preparing laboratory samples, and accurately handling specimen data. This position also involves delivering excellent customer service, overseeing the operation of instruments, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and HIPAA regulations. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent along with at least one year of practical phlebotomy experience. Essential skills include strong communication, effective organization, and the capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 30 pounds.
