The Pharmacist Supervisor oversees daily pharmacy operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and manages medication safety initiatives. This role also leads a team of pharmacists, providing training, performance evaluations, and operational support. Candidates must hold a PharmD degree from an accredited school and possess an active New Jersey Board of Pharmacy license. At least two years of hospital pharmacy experience with leadership responsibilities is highly preferred.
