The Phlebotomist/Processor plays a crucial role in executing venipuncture procedures, obtaining diverse specimen types, and prepping samples for laboratory analysis. In addition to clinical duties, they are tasked with administrative responsibilities, including data entry, verifying patient identities, and delivering outstanding customer support. Ideal candidates should possess a High School Diploma or its equivalent and be capable of functioning effectively in a laboratory setting, with the physical demand of lifting items weighing up to 30 pounds. While prior experience in phlebotomy is advantageous, it is not mandatory for applicants.
