The Phlebotomist plays a vital role in delivering outstanding patient care within the office by performing venipuncture, conducting specimen collection, and offering clinical support services. Additionally, they handle front desk administrative responsibilities, such as managing patient intake, verifying insurance information, and ensuring the office meets operational standards. Applicants should possess a minimum of 6 months of experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist, along with a valid phlebotomy certification in California. A High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary, along with excellent customer service and communication skills.
