**Phlebotomy Supervisor**
The Phlebotomy Supervisor leads a team of phlebotomists across various sites, responsible for daily operational management, patient movement, and evaluating staff performance. Key duties include recruiting, training, creating work schedules, and ensuring exceptional customer service while adhering to company regulations. Applicants should have a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, along with a valid California State Phlebotomy License. A minimum of one year of experience in phlebotomy and customer service is necessary, with a preference for candidates who have prior supervisory experience.
