Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities in patient service centers and mobile phlebotomy locations.
- Manage staffing levels, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations of staff.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and licensure regulations.
- Administer budgets and monitor performance metrics effectively.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of experience in phlebotomy or related healthcare settings.
- At least two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare environment.
- A high school diploma is essential; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
