The Physical Therapist performs assessments, develops and implements treatment plans, and monitors patient progress to improve functional outcomes. They also supervise physical therapist assistants, maintain accurate medical documentation, and communicate patient status to the healthcare team. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited physical therapy program approved by the APTA and hold an active state license. The role requires proficiency in medical record interpretation, strong organizational skills, and current BLS/CPR certification.
