Job Summary
The role entails delivering top-notch one-on-one outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services while creating tailored treatment plans suited to each patient’s needs. The position involves overseeing a personal case load, engaging with fellow healthcare professionals, and ensuring precise clinical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic physical therapy to patients in a one-on-one setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients’ specific needs.
- Manage and maintain a personal caseload effectively.
- Collaborate with other clinicians to enhance patient care and treatment outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation as required by standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Must hold or be eligible for a Physical Therapist license in New York State.
- Demonstrated passion for evidence-based practice in physical therapy.
- Experience in an outpatient orthopedic environment is highly desirable.
