Job Summary
The Physical Therapist is tasked with delivering exceptional one-on-one outpatient orthopedic services, which encompass conducting patient evaluations and formulating personalized treatment strategies. This role is vital in managing a personal caseload while ensuring precise clinical documentation and effective collaboration with colleagues to achieve positive patient results.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized outpatient orthopedic care to patients.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ needs and conditions.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
- Manage a personal caseload effectively, ensuring timely attention to all patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
- Work closely with the healthcare team to promote optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of a recognized and accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Possess or be eligible for a Physical Therapist license in New York State.
- A strong commitment to evidence-based practice in patient care.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is essential.
