Job description
**Job Title: Physical Therapist**
Create and implement personalized, evidence-informed physical therapy treatment plans for patients in an outpatient environment. Work alongside a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional, results-oriented therapy services while keeping precise clinical records. Applicants should hold a degree from a recognized Physical Therapy program, such as a DPT, MPT, or an equivalent qualification. Candidates must possess an active or pending license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Kentucky.
