Job Summary
The Physical Therapist will deliver exceptional one-on-one outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services, designing tailored treatment strategies for each patient. This role encompasses managing a personal caseload while engaging in collaborative efforts with other clinicians through mentorship and case reviews.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized orthopedic physical therapy treatment to patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Maintain an organized caseload of patients to ensure effective therapy management.
- Collaborate with colleagues in discussions regarding best practices and patient management.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Possession of a valid New York Physical Therapy license.
- A strong commitment to evidence-based practice in physical therapy.
- Prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic environment is essential.
