The Physical Therapist will assess the physical conditions of patients and create personalized treatment strategies aimed at facilitating their recovery. Responsibilities also include implementing therapeutic exercises, tracking patient progress, and working together with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Applicants must possess a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and a current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Arizona. Additionally, a valid CPR/BLS certification and prior experience in outpatient, home health, or rehabilitation environments are necessary.
