Assess and provide treatment for patients experiencing a range of orthopedic and neurological disorders to enhance their functional independence. Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to create and execute personalized treatment strategies, while accurately documenting patient advancements in compliance with regulatory standards. Applicants must possess a valid Physical Therapy license in Tennessee or qualify for licensure. A degree from a recognized Physical Therapy program is necessary, and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
