**Job Title: Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist**
Create and implement personalized, evidence-informed care strategies for patients in an outpatient orthopedic environment. Work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional, outcome-focused therapy while accurately documenting all relevant patient information. Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and possess a DPT or an equivalent qualification. A valid Louisiana Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one is required.
