Job Title: Physical Therapist
Conduct evaluations of patients to define physical therapy objectives and create individualized exercise regimens aimed at enhancing mobility and functionality. Track patients’ progress, deliver educational support, and ensure thorough documentation of clinical records during the treatment continuum. Applicants must possess a valid Physical Therapist license and hold either a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or a Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT) degree. Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy environment is essential.
