Provide personalized physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and nursing staff to maintain accurate clinical documentation and support patient-centered treatment plans. Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or license-eligible in the state of practice. Requires graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program and an interest in geriatric rehabilitation.
