Job description
The Director of Physical Therapy will assess and provide treatment to patients while overseeing the clinical team to guarantee outstanding care standards. This role involves managing clinic operations, evaluating documentation, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Applicants should possess a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution and hold or be eligible for a Virginia Physical Therapist license. A background in outpatient physical therapy is necessary, and experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity is desirable.
