Job description
The Physical Therapist will assess and provide treatment to residents to enhance their mobility, safety, and independence. Responsibilities include creating treatment plans, documenting patient progress, and overseeing Physical Therapy Assistants. Applicants must have a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state. Candidates should demonstrate strong clinical evaluation abilities and be proficient in using computers for electronic medical record keeping.
