Job description
**Job Title: Physical Therapist**
The Physical Therapist will assess and provide care for patients experiencing neurological and intricate orthopedic issues in their home and community settings. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team, they will develop and execute comprehensive, patient-focused treatment strategies. Applicants are required to have a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy along with a valid state license. Prior experience in managing neurological disorders and excellent communication and organizational abilities are essential.
