Job Summary
The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing and providing treatment to patients facing neurological and intricate orthopedic issues in their residences and local environments. This role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to design and execute comprehensive, patient-focused care plans.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and needs in their home settings.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment strategies in collaboration with a healthcare team.
- Provide care focused on patients with neurological disorders and complex orthopedic challenges.
- Continuously monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current active licensure in the relevant state.
- Demonstrated experience treating neurological disorders.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
