The Physical Therapist will deliver direct patient care, design and oversee individualized patient care plans, and maintain progress documentation within the electronic medical record system. They will engage in departmental committees, contribute to process enhancement efforts, and act as a mentor for clinical interns. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy and a valid Physical Therapist license in the State of Illinois. Furthermore, candidates are required to have a BLS certification from the American Heart Association at the time of hire.
