Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments in a home health context.

- Travel daily within the designated geographical territory.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid and active Michigan Physical Therapist license.
- Strong clinical judgment for effective independent practice in the field.
- Previous experience in home health care is highly desirable.
- Ability to commit to frequent travel for patient visits.
