**Job Title: Physical Therapist**
The Physical Therapist is responsible for conducting both initial and continuous evaluations of patients to create and execute successful therapeutic treatment plans. This role involves delivering direct patient care, keeping precise medical documentation, and overseeing the work of physical therapist assistants to guarantee optimal clinical results. Applicants must hold a valid Physical Therapist license in the respective state of employment. A minimum of two years of experience in a similar environment is preferred, along with certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
