Job description
The Physical Therapist will perform evaluations, create individualized treatment strategies, and deliver hands-on care aimed at enhancing mobility and functional abilities. Additionally, they will instruct patients on at-home exercise regimens and work closely with the rehabilitation team on planning for patient discharge. Candidates must possess a valid state Physical Therapist license and secure Basic Life Support certification within the first month of employment. ACLS and PALS certifications are necessary within six months of hiring, and a minimum of one year of relevant experience is desired.
