Job Summary
The Physical Therapist (PT) plays a pivotal role in improving patients’ physical functions and mobility. This professional is responsible for evaluating and providing tailored treatment plans to individuals facing challenges related to physical rehabilitation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical abilities and limitations.
- Develop personalized treatment plans aimed at enhancing mobility and reducing pain.
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, ensuring proper techniques are used.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and strategies for recovery.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
