Job description
**Job Title: Physical Therapist**
Deliver personalized one-on-one physical therapy sessions to senior patients in diverse home and community environments, while creating tailored care plans. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team and accurately record patient advancements in the company’s electronic medical records (EMR) system. Applicants are required to possess a valid Physical Therapy license or be in a position to acquire one in Florida. A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and a current CPR certification are mandatory.
