Job Summary
The role involves delivering physical therapy services to students who have developmental and physical disabilities, with a focus on implementing Individualized Education Program (IEP) objectives. The professional will work collaboratively within a transdisciplinary team to carry out assessments and ensure that precise documentation is upheld.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services tailored to students with developmental and physical challenges.
- Implement and work towards the goals outlined in each student’s IEP.
- Collaborate effectively with a team of professionals to carry out assessments.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of services provided and student progress.
Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist License in New Jersey.
- New Jersey School Certification.
- Preferred experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
