**Job Title: Physical Therapist**
The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating and treating patients facing challenges that hinder their functional mobility and everyday activities. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create and execute evidence-based treatment plans, all while maintaining precise documentation and achieving high-quality patient outcomes. Applicants should have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited physical therapy program and must hold a current license to practice in Wisconsin. Furthermore, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
