Job Summary
This position is responsible for delivering and overseeing physical therapy services to patients, which encompasses screening, evaluation, treatment, and program development. The role ensures compliance with physician directives, community standards, and state regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Administer physical therapy services to patients through comprehensive screening and assessment.
- Design and implement individualized treatment programs.
- Ensure adherence to the orders provided by physicians.
- Follow community policies and state regulations in the delivery of care.
Qualifications
- Must possess an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Successfully passed the National Certification Examination for Registered Physical Therapist.
- Hold a valid state license to practice physical therapy.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic and commitment to patient care.
