Job Summary
This position seeks a skilled anesthesiologist to provide exceptional anesthesia services in a 146-bed facility that also operates as a Level III trauma center. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs), to ensure thorough and effective patient care across multiple medical specialties.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality anesthesia care in a hospital and trauma care setting.
- Collaborate with an integrated team of clinicians to enhance patient outcomes.
- Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures.
- Monitor patient vitals and adjust anesthetic levels accordingly throughout procedures.
- Provide preoperative assessment and postoperative care to patients.
Qualifications
- Candidates must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in General Anesthesiology.
- A current medical license in the state of Delaware is an asset.
- Proven experience in providing anesthesia across various specialties is preferred.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential for collaboration within a clinical team.
