Job Summary
The Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Dermatology will play a pivotal role in providing medical care and support to patients with dermatological conditions. Located in Monroe, this position is vital for delivering high-quality healthcare services in a team-centered environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and treatments for patients presenting with various dermatological issues.
- Order and interpret radiologic and laboratory tests essential for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff to enhance patient care quality.
- Educate patients on skin health, preventive measures, and treatment options available to them.
Qualifications
- Must hold a certification as a Registered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Previous experience in dermatology or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
