Job Summary
This position offers a thrilling opportunity for a Physician Assistant or a Nurse Practitioner to join our team specializing in outpatient endocrinology. The role entails providing comprehensive care to patients with endocrine disorders while engaging in regular patient interaction and medical assessments.
Responsibilities
- Prescribe and order medications and therapies as needed for patient treatment.
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, x-rays, and various medical procedures.
- Deliver high-quality patient care through effective communication and consultation with healthcare team members.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois.
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in relevant specialties preferred.
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on endocrine healthcare.
