Job Summary
The Medical Director is tasked with delivering direct patient care while also guiding the clinic team to achieve optimal medical results and enhance operational efficacy. This role includes managing the clinical staff, overseeing clinic financials, and promoting a cooperative work atmosphere centered around health and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the clinic team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Oversee and manage the clinic’s budget and financial resources.
- Foster a collaborative and healthy workplace environment.
- Provide direct medical care to patients.
Qualifications
- Possession of an active, unrestricted medical license.
- DEA license is required.
- Eligibility to participate in Medicare.
- Preferred board certification or eligibility in an ABMS or AOA recognized specialty.
