Job Summary
The Physician Float plays a crucial role in delivering direct patient care and treatment while guiding a clinical team to secure outstanding patient results. This position necessitates collaboration with various specialists and therapists to effectively manage and close clinical cases, along with fostering strong professional ties with clients and payers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care and treatment to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Lead and mentor a clinical team towards achieving excellence in patient care.
- Collaborate with specialists and therapists to facilitate clinical case resolutions.
- Maintain and enhance professional relationships with clients and payers.
Qualifications
- Possession of an active, unrestricted medical license.
- Valid DEA license is required.
- Eligibility to participate in Medicare programs.
- Willingness to pursue FMCSA NRCME certification is preferred.
