Job description
**Job Title: Physician Specialist**
The Physician Specialist is responsible for performing thorough medical evaluations, conducting physical assessments, and overseeing treatment programs for patients at the Chester Mental Health Center. This role includes delivering emergency medical assistance and collaborating with staff to discuss patients’ medical conditions and treatment plans. Applicants are required to have a valid Physician and Surgeon License issued by the State of Illinois, as well as having successfully completed an accredited residency in Family Practice. Furthermore, candidates must possess a valid Illinois Controlled Substance License and a DEA Certificate of Registration.
