Job description
Participate in an extensive Pilates instructor training course comprising more than 500 hours of theoretical instruction and practical application. Acquire the skills to teach both traditional and modern Pilates methodologies while adapting exercises to suit various demographics. Ideal candidates are those who are enthusiastic about health and physical activity, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Although experience in fitness disciplines like dance, yoga, personal training, or physical therapy is beneficial, it is not a mandatory requirement.
