**Job Title: Centralized Follow-Up RN**
The Centralized Follow-Up RN is responsible for overseeing abnormal laboratory results, coordinating referrals, and facilitating prompt communication with patients about their care processes. This role includes managing the nurse line, delivering patient education, and partnering with healthcare providers to ensure precise documentation in electronic health records. Applicants need to be a Registered Nurse holding a valid license in New York State, with a minimum of one year of clinical or hospital nursing experience. Expertise in electronic health record systems and excellent interpersonal abilities are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with background experience in women’s health or family planning.
