Job Summary
Baxters North America is on the lookout for a dedicated Plant Controller to manage plant cost accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting processes in Salem, OR. This role is integral to steering the cost accounting function effectively while ensuring that financial data aligns with operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct plant cost accounting activities.
- Manage and ensure accuracy of ERP data related to financial reporting.
- Collaborate with production and procurement teams to enhance cost efficiencies.
- Develop and implement budgeting strategies to support the plant’s financial objectives.
- Analyze financial performance and report findings to guide decision-making.
