The Plant Manager will be tasked with supervising everyday manufacturing activities, guaranteeing high product quality, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role includes leading the production team, managing financial budgets, and executing process enhancements to boost operational efficiency. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or business administration and have several years of leadership experience within a manufacturing setting. A strong understanding of lean manufacturing practices and medical device regulatory standards is essential.
