Job Summary
The Unit Inspector is tasked with the assembly, testing, and quality evaluation of comfort units, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and ISO 9001 standards. This role also encompasses the packaging of completed products and executing minor repairs or rework as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assembly, testing, and quality inspections of comfort units to verify adherence to engineering drawings.
- Ensure that all products meet ISO 9001 standards throughout the inspection process.
- Package finished products in preparation for distribution.
- Perform minor repairs or rework on units as required to maintain product integrity.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Capability to read and interpret blueprints effectively.
- Proficiency in using pneumatic tools.
- Basic computer skills to verify and manage data efficiently.
