**Job Title: Plant Manager**
The Plant Manager plays a crucial role in guiding the plant team towards operational excellence by overseeing daily logistics, scheduling, and load planning. This position requires a commitment to outstanding customer service, adherence to safety regulations, and contributions to the facility’s profitability and growth. Ideal candidates will have exceptional leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of logistics, supply chain management, or plant operations, ideally gained in the concrete or construction sectors. Proficiency in dispatch software and the Microsoft Office Suite is essential, along with a solid understanding of DOT regulations and safety protocols.
