Ideal candidates will have exceptional leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of logistics, supply chain management, or plant operations, ideally gained in the concrete or construction sectors. Proficiency in dispatch software and the Microsoft Office Suite is essential, along with a solid understanding of DOT regulations and safety protocols.
