Job description
The Police Officer is responsible for protecting individuals and assets by upholding laws, regulations, and university protocols, all while fostering positive community relations. Key duties involve monitoring the campus through patrols, carrying out investigations, managing traffic flow, and providing support to local agencies in emergency situations. Applicants are required to have a minimum of two years of full-time experience in sworn law enforcement and should possess or qualify for ILETSB certification. Additionally, candidates must successfully complete a thorough background check, psychological assessment, and medical evaluation.
