They also support the Compliance department and facilitate approval workflows across the organization. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree and experience in a healthcare setting, with proficiency in policy management software. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are required to interpret regulatory requirements and maintain organizational governance.
