Job description
The Porter plays a crucial role in ensuring customer vehicles are thoroughly cleaned both prior to and following repairs, while also upholding the tidiness of the shop and office spaces. Additional responsibilities include supporting facility upkeep, maintenance of outdoor areas, and moving vehicles to subcontractor sites when needed. Applicants should be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, and be able to handle physical work, including lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds. A high school diploma or GED is advantageous, as is prior experience in the automotive field.
