Job Summary
The Portfolio Officer plays a critical role in the underwriting of commercial loans, focusing on credit assessment and thorough financial as well as cash flow evaluations. This position also involves presenting loan proposals to lending authorities, ensuring adherence to banking regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct commercial loan underwriting and credit evaluations.
- Perform comprehensive financial and cash flow analysis.
- Present loan packages to relevant lending authorities.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable banking regulations.
- Manage and nurture customer relationships effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the commercial lending sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
- Exceptional analytical skills.
- Bilingual in Korean is preferred.
